By accessing or using the Subsrow platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
Subsrow is a B2B SaaS management platform designed to help organizations track corporate subscriptions, reduce software spend, and streamline software procurement. We provide tools for financial visibility, role-based accountability, and automated usage checks.
3. User Accounts & Organization Scopes
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Your data is scoped to your Organization. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
- Role-based access controls apply. Depending on your assigned role (Admin, Finance Manager, Department Manager, or Employee), certain features may be restricted.
4. User Content & SaaS Data
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Subsrow, including subscription details, cost information, and user directories. You grant Subsrow a license to process and retain this data solely to provide you with the Service.
5. Service Availability
We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime for Subsrow. However, access to the platform may occasionally be suspended for maintenance or updates. We will provide advance notice for significant scheduled downtime when possible.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
